Goldie Rose
Goldie is a full Peruvian light fawn female, who has proven her ability to produce quality color with her first cria; a medium rose grey female. We selected Goldie to breed with our Champion, full Peruvian, true black herdsire, PC Peruvian Knightrider. Goldie has crimp, fineness, good density and handle, and excellent consistency to her fleece, which earned her the second place ribbon in a very competitive AOBA Nationals fleece show, placing ahead of a Snowmass animal and beaten only by one of Magical Farms' finest! A great mother and milker, Goldie also has a perfect bite, solid conformation and a gorgeous head and top knot.

Awards: Goldie won second place in a class of 9 alpacas at the 2003 AOBA National fleece show, placing ahead of a Snowmass animal, and beaten only by one of Magical Farms' finest!

Rose grey daughter, Peruvian Robin
Goldie has dark gums and facial markings and is already proven to produce quality colored offspring. Her first cria was a daughter, Peruvian Robin, who is medium rose grey with black points. Her next cria was an award-winning medium fawn son, Magnus, who we plan to keep in our foundation herd. We believe he has potential to produce top quality colored offspring, and in the 2007 VOABA SpinOff, his fiber placed second in the fawn class, scoring 10/10 for fineness, 5/5 for staple length, crimp and architecture, and 9/10 for uniformity. The judge commented that he had, "soft, silky and healthy fiber with fabulous crimp and a beautiful shine".  Goldie is currently bred with our Champion true black Peruvian male, Knightrider, for a full Peruvian Fall 2007 cria which we also plan to keep!
