From the North
Take I-95 South to Exit 84B 
Merge onto I-295N 
Take Exit 53A and merge onto I-64 W 
Take Exit 175 onto VA-288 S 
Exit West Creek Pkwy/VA-1250 towards VA-6 W
Proceed on VA-6 W (Patterson Ave) for 1.7mi 
Make a U-Turn in front of Manakin Sabot Fire station 
Immediately turn right onto Route 621 / Manakin Ferry Road 
Thistledown is the first entrance on the left.
From the South
Take I-95 North 
Take Exit 62 onto VA-288 N 
Exit onto VA-6 W (Patterson Ave)
Proceed on VA-6 W for 1.7mi 
Make a U-Turn in front of Manakin Sabot Fire station 
Immediately turn right onto Route 621 / Manakin Ferry Road

From the West or East & Airport
Follow I-64 towards Exit 175 (West side of Richmond) 
Take Exit 175 to VA-288 S
